Abstract

The article examines the role of Christian education in shaping Protestant identity and worldview orientations. The study analyzes the significance of Christian education as an important factor in the spiritual formation of the individual, the assimilation of biblical values, the development of confessional self-awareness, and moral responsibility. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the educational process on the development of a Protestant worldview grounded in biblical principles, personal faith, ethical norms, and the practice of Christian ministry. It is demonstrated that Christian education in the Protestant environment performs not only an instructional function but also educational, spiritually formative, and worldview-shaping functions. The article substantiates that the systematic combination of theological knowledge, spiritual formation, and church practice contributes to the preservation of Protestant identity in the context of contemporary social transformations. It is concluded that Christian education is one of the key instruments for transmitting doctrine, affirming value orientations, and preparing believers for active participation in church and public life.
