The article analyzes the history of the emergence and formation of the Protestant movement in the Stanisławów Voivodeship in 1924–1939. Its specificity and originality are highlighted, taking into account the customary and traditional culture of the region. It is noted that the regional movement is specific to this region, as it reflects the mentality of the population of the region. The peculiarity of the sources and historiography cited by the author is the disclosure of little-known events of the formation of Protestantism in the Stanisławów Voivodeship.

Zöckler hatte 1924 nach dem Tode des 76 jährigen Superintendenten Fritsche in Biala dessen Aufgaben übernommen, wurde aber auf eigenen Wunsch aus politischen Erwägungen nie kirchenrechtlich zum Superintendenten ernannt.
